Roy Singham founded ThoughtWorks in Chicago over 20 years ago with the aim of attracting and employing the best knowledge workers in the world – building a community based on attitude, aptitude and integrity.
ThoughtWorks has grown from that small group in Chicago to a company of over 4000 passionate people spread across 40 offices in 14 countries: Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, Germany, India, Italy, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
