To streamline their workflow and automate the lead creation process, Be Epic turned to Zapier, an app automation tool. They used Zapier to create a bridge between Facebook and their customer relationship manager (CRM), Ontraport. Whenever a new lead came in from Facebook, Zapier would take the lead's information and send an email to the appropriate sales rep. Then, Zapier would create a contact in Ontraport. For specific clients, the process would continue, and Zapier would send another email to the lead. This automation process simplified the complex world of social media advertising for Be Epic and their clients. It also saved Be Epic hours each week, which they could then spend on growing their client list and spending more time with their clients.
