Despite being a six-person team, they operate like a full-scale marketing agency, delivering effective and profitable results for their clients. They pride themselves on their ability to 'do more with less', often using a variety of smaller tools to achieve their goals. However, they faced challenges in sharing and capitalizing on leads, which was a time-consuming and inefficient process. They needed a solution that would allow them to streamline their processes without having to invest in an expensive tech stack.
Eloquent, a small Australian-based digital marketing agency, was facing a significant challenge in sharing and capitalizing on leads for their clients. Despite their successful campaigns, the process of downloading and exporting lead sheets daily was time-consuming and inefficient. The team also struggled with sending effective follow-up email sequences. As a small startup, Eloquent couldn't afford to invest in an expensive tech stack to streamline these processes. They were using a variety of smaller tools, which they jokingly referred to as their 'Frankenstein' tech stack. However, this approach was not sustainable in the long run, especially as their clients also couldn't invest in large tech stacks.
Eloquent turned to automation with Zapier to streamline their processes and drive more profitable campaigns for their clients. Zapier's automated workflows, or 'Zaps', allowed Eloquent to share leads with clients in real-time. Whenever a new lead came in through a campaign's LeadPages or Unbounce landing page, it was automatically added to the appropriate tab in the client's Google Sheet. The Zap then automatically emailed the client with a link to the Google Sheet and a message urging them to follow-up within 48 hours. This automation not only saved time but also ensured that leads were acted upon promptly, increasing the chances of conversion. The automation process was scalable, allowing Eloquent to run a new campaign each month without additional manual work.
