The Challenge

Cooptalis, an international mobility operator, was facing challenges with their existing recruitment tool. The tool was not built to handle the volume of work they had and couldn't meet the company's needs. It was difficult to conduct targeted and precise searches, quickly find candidates in the database, and visualize the progress of their searches. The tool also lacked an API interface, preventing Cooptalis from adding or extracting data.
