About The Customer
i6 Group is a software company that aims to revolutionize the airline and airport fueling industry. They sought to transform the largely paper-driven industry into a digitized, efficient, and reliable system. Their goal was to provide airports with a comprehensive, end-to-end solution that could deliver accurate, time-sensitive notifications and status updates about fueling, catering, and other under-the-wing operations. Their mission was to minimize turnaround time and ensure flights depart on time, every time, worldwide.
The Challenge
i6 Group aimed to transform the largely paper-driven airline and airport fueling industry with a software application. The challenge was to create a reliable, comprehensive, end-to-end solution that airports could trust to provide accurate, time-sensitive notifications and status updates about fueling, catering, and other under-the-wing operations. The goal was to minimize turnaround time and ensure flights depart on time, every time, worldwide. The task was not just to digitize the process but to revolutionize it, making it more efficient and reliable.
The Solution
i6 Group decided to build a mission-critical real-time supply chain application. During the development phase, they focused on building the features and functionality that their customers wanted. To ensure they could deliver this crucial part of the experience, they sought a provider who could reliably send their mission-critical updates in real-time globally, post data aggregation. They found their solution in PubNub, a provider with a 99.999% uptime SLA and a history of reliably delivering trillions of messages globally per month over its network. With PubNub, i6 Group was able to focus on building what mattered to change the face of the airline industry and safely 'land' more customers.
