The management could see the leave balance of each employee and their time-off trends, making it easy to plan daily and upcoming activities. Employees could view their leave balance and accruals and plan their vacations conveniently. Automatic notifications were generated whenever an employee raised a leave request, which could be approved or rejected by the line manager on Freshteam, and the information got automatically reconciled in the back-end employee database.

Furthermore, Freshteam has contributed to the factors that influence the Employee Satisfaction (E-SAT) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) scores of the organization. By having a clear view of employee leaves and availability, managers can make quick decisions regarding staffing of new projects and stand-in/backups for the ongoing ones.
