The company needed a solution that could streamline management data and use it constructively in an easy-to-use format. The company's products are distributed by six marketing subsidiaries in Europe, the United States, and China and can be found in all major DIY chains and over 8,000 Garden Centers around the world. With over 2,000 employees and €100 million in revenue, the company needed a robust solution to manage its complex operations.
The Solution
Deroma deployed QlikView to 40 users across four functions in Italy. These functions included Sales Analysis, Operational Analysis, Supply Chain Analysis, and Financial Analysis.
