B-IT Fitness is a new gym chain based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The brand aims to make luxury wellness clubs more affordable for local fitness enthusiasts. B-IT Fitness offers transformative group exercise programs, state-of-the-art equipment, and flexible memberships. The brand is committed to providing best-in-class support to its customers and aims to increase membership sign-ups while maintaining this high level of service. B-IT Fitness is particularly focused on attracting the younger demographic in Jeddah, where fitness is a significant part of the culture and there is a high demand for affordable fitness services.
B-IT Fitness, a new gym chain in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was faced with the challenge of managing a high volume of queries from potential customers. The brand had successfully used Facebook Lead Ads to promote a pre-sales campaign, which resulted in a significant influx of leads. However, the brand was overwhelmed with thousands of queries from these leads, all of which were being responded to manually. This process was time-consuming and inefficient, and B-IT Fitness needed a more streamlined way to handle these queries and generate qualified leads for the business. The goal was to increase membership sign-ups while maintaining best-in-class support, but at a lower cost.
To address this challenge, B-IT Fitness partnered with Paul Cowen, founder of Wizards of Wellness, to implement a more efficient lead management system. They ran targeted Facebook JSON ads to attract new customers in the Jeddah area, highlighting the affordability of their memberships compared to other high-end gyms. When a viewer clicked the ad, they were directed to a Messenger conversation with B-IT Fitness. To streamline the process of responding to queries, an FAQ bot was created to answer the five most common questions from leads. This automated workflow eliminated the need for the team to respond to individual questions and comments, saving valuable time and resources. After the lead completed the qualifying questions, their contact information was collected for follow-up. All lead data was sent to a Google Sheet, and a representative from the gym would then follow up with leads to book an appointment.
