To streamline the process of responding to queries, an FAQ bot was created to answer the five most common questions from leads. This automated workflow eliminated the need for the team to respond to individual questions and comments, saving valuable time and resources. After the lead completed the qualifying questions, their contact information was collected for follow-up. All lead data was sent to a Google Sheet, and a representative from the gym would then follow up with leads to book an appointment.
