IoT Solutions
Seven years ago in a basement in the Chicago suburbs, a handful of people had an idea. This idea grew from a basement brainstorm, to an investor meeting in a car-detailing garage, to an Indianapolis based startup, and (eventually) to an award winning, industry renowned organization.
We have come a long way from that basement. Through countless hours, innumerable sacrifices, and immeasurable dedication, we grew into CloudOne. Through more of the same, we have been presented with the opportunity to expand and diversify.
Our company now has a global presence and a wall of customer logos that include the world’s thought leaders, industry experts and most trusted brands. Our revenue has grown steadily over the past three years. Our team has moved into a new headquarters in Fishers, IN. Our partnerships have continuously strengthened. Our offerings have continuously increased.
Over the years, our mission, expertise, and potential have evolved. We have grown our team, we have new ideas and we have new resources. Now, it is time for our identity to better reflect those abilities and assets.
With that in mind, I am thrilled to announce that effective today, CloudOne is now ClearObject.
We have the same entrepreneurial drive, we have the same focus and we have the same unwavering dedication to our customers. We want our name and image to showcase all that we have to offer; we are more than a cloud company.
ClearObject is an IoT systems innovator: we disrupt the way you do business, without interrupting your organization. We put your data to work. We connect your “things” to the enormous potential of the Internet of Things.
We accomplish this by deploying the same tactics that gave CloudOne such great success. ClearObject leverages the combined power of our own experts and our partners to provide world class IoT services. ClearObject aims to be a leader in the Internet of Everything. We provide clear pathways to our customer’s IoT objectives and their data. We clarify the complexity found in software, networking and clouds, that often hinders innovation. We enable audacity.
As we look towards our future as ClearObject, we offer a heartfelt “thank you” to those who made CloudOne so successful, and made ClearObject possible. We are excited to share this journey with all of you for many years to come.

IBM Watson (IBM)
Watson is a question answering computer system capable of answering questions posed in natural language, developed in IBM's DeepQA project by a research team led by principal investigator David Ferrucci. Watson was named after IBM's first CEO and industrialist Thomas J. Watson. The computer system was specifically developed to answer questions on the quiz show Jeopardy!. In 2011, Watson competed on Jeopardy! against former winners Brad Rutter and Ken Jennings. Watson received the first place prize of $1 million. Watson had access to 200 million pages of structured and unstructured content consuming four terabytes of disk storage including the full text of Wikipedia, but was not connected to the Internet during the game. For each clue, Watson's three most probable responses were displayed on the television screen. Watson consistently outperformed its human opponents on the game's signaling device, but had trouble in a few categories, notably those having short clues containing only a few words. In February 2013, IBM announced that Watson software system's first commercial application would be for utilization management decisions in lung cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in conjunction with health insurance company WellPoint. IBM Watson's former business chief Manoj Saxena says that 90% of nurses in the field who use Watson now follow its guidance.
