关于客户
Suva is Switzerland’s leading accident insurance provider. Founded in 1918, the company is based in Lucerne and employs about 4,200 people. Suva provides around 130,000 businesses with compulsory insurance and insures 2 million members of the workforce against the consequences of accidents and occupational illness. Its services include prevention, insurance, and rehabilitation. Suva is an independent company under public law, self-financed, and does not receive public funding. It converts its profits into lower premiums for customers. Suva’s responsibilities include smart awareness campaigns on accident prevention on the job and during leisure time, accruing provisions for future pension benefits through financial and real estate investments, conducting occupational safety evaluations, processing military insurance policies, and issuing product health and safety certification.
挑战
Suva, Switzerland’s leading accident insurance provider, was facing several challenges. The company wanted to digitalize customer interactions, ensure and improve quality, optimize risk management, and strengthen customer loyalty. Suva processes around 1.2 million accident claims each year, which posed a significant challenge in terms of process management. The company sought a fast software solution that would keep costs low for employers and integrate well with its claims assessment system. From an administrative perspective, each accident involves a multitude of interactions with businesses, healthcare providers, and payroll accountants. Suva needed a system that could handle all these interactions digitally, improving convenience for employers and cutting costs.
解决方案
Suva implemented ARIS Design & Strategy, ARIS Enterprise Architecture Management, and ARIS Risk & Compliance Management to address its challenges. ARIS facilitated the digitalization of customer interactions, significantly improving convenience for employers. The system’s speed also cut costs for Suva customers. ARIS enabled maximum transparency by mapping Suva’s entire IT architecture, including information about service-level agreements, apps, authorization systems, interfaces, and traffic. Over the past two years, Suva has also built its entire risk management system in ARIS, unlocking more opportunities to digitalize. All risks are recorded in a Microsoft® SharePoint® spreadsheet, and each night they are sent to ARIS where they are assessed, updated, monitored, and processed. This guarantees that data undergoes quality assurance.

Airbus Soars with Wearable Technology
Building an Airbus aircraft involves complex manufacturing processes consisting of thousands of moving parts. Speed and accuracy are critical to business and competitive advantage. Improvements in both would have high impact on Airbus’ bottom line. Airbus wanted to help operators reduce the complexity of assembling cabin seats and decrease the time required to complete this task.

Improving Production Line Efficiency with Ethernet Micro RTU Controller
Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies. This multinational corporation, with retail presence in 130 countries, 23 global braches, and over 66,000 employees, sought to improve the efficiency of their production process by migrating from manual monitoring to an automatic productivity monitoring system. The production line was being monitored by ABB Real-TPI, a factory information system that offers data collection and analysis to improve plant efficiency. Due to software limitations, the customer needed an OPC server and a corresponding I/O solution to collect data from additional sensor devices for the Real-TPI system. The goal is to enable the factory information system to more thoroughly collect data from every corner of the production line. This will improve its ability to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and translate into increased production efficiencies. System Requirements • Instant status updates while still consuming minimal bandwidth to relieve strain on limited factory networks • Interoperable with ABB Real-TPI • Small form factor appropriate for deployment where space is scarce • Remote software management and configuration to simplify operations
