解决方案
FIMBank 决定使用 K2 软件实现多个关键流程的自动化，该软件因其与 Microsoft SharePoint 的紧密集成而被选中。该银行目前拥有十多个自动化后台银行流程，涵盖客户入职、费用报销、房地产安全、监管事件管理和资金交易处理等领域。该软件使 FIMBank 能够节省后台职能的管理时间，使员工能够腾出时间来处理更多增值任务。例如，将新金库交易的详细信息直接传输到核心银行系统的自动化流程消除了手动数据输入，因此票据处理只需 1/5 的时间即可完成。信贷审批流程也得到简化。早上提出的信贷请求现在可以在当天结束时由风险部门进行评估。
