Harvest Health & Recreation, a multi-state cannabis operator and vertically integrated cannabis company, needed a robust access control system to manage and track personnel access across its facilities. The company wanted to control who goes where, regardless of the facility, and track who, when, and where. The system needed to grant access to specific doors and shut down access after hours. The company also needed to be sensitive to the many different state rules and regulations, requiring interoperability from state to state, as well as personnel trackability and clear audit trails for state regulators.

Harvest Health & Recreation standardized on 3xLOGIC infinias access control for all its current and future locations. The security system designer and integrator, Dem360, has installed infinias access control in 30 facilities, controlling over 400 doors. The next big milestones in this system-wide rollout are to convert all current facilities to 3xLOGIC’s infinias CORPORATE Edition, install CORPORATE going forward, and migrate all managed doors to a scalable data center with a single database built on redundant, fault-tolerant architecture. The infinias system provides Harvest with the flexibility and scalability it needs to adapt to its environment of change and fast-paced growth.

Hospital Inventory Management
The hospital supply chain team is responsible for ensuring that the right medical supplies are readily available to clinicians when and where needed, and to do so in the most efficient manner possible. However, many of the systems and processes in use at the cancer center for supply chain management were not best suited to support these goals. In order to address the challenges outlined above, the hospital sought a solution that would provide real-time inventory information with high levels of accuracy, reduce the level of manual effort required and enable data driven decision making to ensure that the right supplies were readily available to clinicians in the right location at the right time.
