克莱姆森大学国际汽车研究中心 (CUICAR) 的深橙项目的任务是使用创新的板材折叠技术设计一款六座跑车。目标是开发一款基于面向 Y 一代的主流混合动力概念架构的车辆。该设计必须使用 2 排座椅,在外侧座椅上容纳 4 名 95% 的男性乘员,在中间座椅上容纳 2 名 50% 的男性乘员。 ,3+3座位配置。选择白车身 (BIW) 结构设计概念来探索 Industrial Origami® 专利技术,该技术能够将较轻规格的材料折叠成车身结构件的复杂形状。成型是在组装地点用简单、低成本的夹具完成的。面临的挑战是平衡白车身刚度、包装空间、成本和重量的设计要求。
解决方案
Deep Orange 计划与 Altair 合作,将先进的计算模拟方法应用到他们的车辆设计中。 Altair 赞助的实习和奖学金通过提供基于网络研讨会的 Altair HyperWorks 仿真技术现场指导,增强了学生的学习能力。使用 SolidWorks 构建白车身设计的 CAD 模型,并将其导入到 HyperMesh 中。所有的片材折叠技术结构部件和管状空间框架组件均使用二维壳单元进行建模。厚规格的白车身部件代表了关键的设计区域,其中前副车架安装到车身结构上,并与 3D 六角形元素啮合。使用 Altair OptiStruct 有限元求解器完成了一系列深入的有限元分析,涵盖扭转和弯曲刚度、固有频率以及动态坑洞和碰撞载荷。通过应用 Altair HyperView 后处理模块审查有限元结果,表明白车身设计满足车身刚度的所有程序要求。

Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement. The challenges included coordinating the entire maintenance management operation, in particular inspections, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, and the optimizing spare parts management. Siemens developed a customized maintenance solution that includes all electronic and mechanical maintenance activities (Integral Plant Maintenance).
