解决方案
VTT 工程师使用 Altair Engineering 的 HyperWorks® CAE 软件套件来设计、优化和分析阀块。套件中的优化工具和有限元求解器 OptiStruct® 用于根据客户提供的定义的设计空间、限制、载荷和其他边界条件提出最佳设计。然后使用 OptiStruct 的形状生成工具之一 OSSmooth 对优化后的设计进行重新网格划分和重新分析,以确保满足所有初始设计要求且不超过应力限制。为了准备用于打印的优化网格,VTT 使用了 Materialise 的一款名为 3-maticsSTL 的软件应用程序,该应用程序可以进行设计修改、重新网格划分以及创建 3D 纹理、轻量级模型和共形结构。阀块经历了多次设计迭代,改变了内部流体通道的路线以优化性能。最终设计是使用选择性激光熔化 (SLM) 机器打印的。
