The company needed an analytical solution that could evaluate all market and client data flexibly and quickly develop knowledge from the data. The company also had to deal with large volumes of data.

HSE implemented QlikView for the evaluation of sales data. The solution allowed for client value analyses, which involved the evaluation of client data for the assessment of client potential and objective-oriented customer loyalty measures. QlikView also enabled benchmarking with respect to the competition, which was used for the derivation of new tariff models or suitable client programmes.
