Bullhorn Automation allowed the team to automate candidate communications, which were previously sent manually. Automated messages were sent to candidates informing them of their status throughout the interview process. Bullhorn Automation also helped manage candidate information by sending messages to recruiters if a candidate's email address was missing. This ensured that the database was kept up-to-date without having to chase down candidates for missing data. Bullhorn Analytics provided greater visibility into the business, enabling the team to quickly identify crucial information such as their average deal size, how much time it took to fill a position, and how much money they had in their pipeline. The j. David Group plans to continue expanding their work with Bullhorn Analytics to dig deeper into the data and improve their processes.
