PaceControls 依靠 SolidThinking Embed (sTE) 实施基于模型的设计 (MBD) 流程来开发其节能算法。 MBD 流程由仿真和硬件在环 (HIL) 测试组成,Embed 完全支持该流程中的所有步骤。在仿真步骤中,系统需求由设计模型表示。创建 HVACR 系统的动态模型,然后对能源和需求优化控制算法进行设计、分析和建模。组合的“控制+工厂”模型经历迭代的“分析+重新设计+仿真”过程,直到其性能处于每个设计模型的可接受范围内。在 HIL 测试步骤中,Embed 自动生成控制器模型的 C 代码。然后,代码使用嵌入支持库编译为 Android 应用程序,并利用连接云的 Qualcomm Snapdragon 微控制器在 PACE 节点上执行。
