解决方案
Itech 采用的解决方案是配备 6 轴臂的 IRB 4400 机器人。机器人的抓手可以从 390 吨东芝注塑机上取下两个半线轴，将其摆动到装配台上，将其翻转并将两个半线轴装配在一起。然后，机器人将组装好的线轴插入超声波焊接机，将两半焊接在一起。
